GENERAL
Are all your wines natural?
Absolutely! We're all about featuring wines from small-scale growers who are committed to eco-friendly and minimal-intervention farming and winemaking. They're big on sustainability, go for organic or biodynamic methods, and they usually keep sulfite use to a minimum or skip it altogether. Plus, they're all about that spontaneous fermentation with their local yeasts.
Can I add a gift note?
Yes! We are able to add gift notes to the order so long as you let us know by email upon placing your order. Just shoot us a message at cheers@cosmicwineclub.com along with your poetry.
DELIVERY
What are delivery costs?
None! They’re included in your subscription.
Where do you deliver?
LA local to start. Hopefully we’ll expand as we have the capability to!
When do wine club deliveries go out?
All wine club orders are delivered on the first week of the month.
People who purchase a Cosmic Club subscription on or prior to the 20th of each month will be included in the next scheduled club delivery. People who purchase a Cosmic Club subscription after the 25th of the month will be included in the following month's club delivery. Ex: If you purchase October 20th you will get your wine the first week of November. If you purchase October 26th you will get your wine the first week of December.
Deliveries will occur between the hours of 8am and 8pm. You will get an updated email and/or text with your delivery window. 21+ ID required at delivery.
How long does it take to get my order?
Pending the amount of orders received there will be 1-2 delivery dates scheduled during the first week of the month, during the hours of 8a - 6pm.
Can I change my address for delivery?
Yes! We are happy to change your delivery address so long as it is 48 hours before the delivery date. Requests made on the day of delivery are not guaranteed.
Does someone need to be home to sign for my or my gift recipient's shipments?
Yes! The delivery carrier will require a signature from an adult 21 years of age or older in order to make the delivery. If you or your gift recipient are not able to be home to sign for your wine club shipments, we strongly suggest having your wine club shipments sent to an office or business address where an adult 21 years of age or older is available to sign for the shipments.
I’m going out of town, can I pause my subscription while I’m away?
Enjoy the trip! To press pause or make edits, head to your account or send us an email at cheers@cosmicwineclub.com. We'll always send you a notification 3 days before the delivery date to remind you to adjust if needed.

How do I update my shipping address, billing address, or credit card information?
You may update this information online under your account. You may also contact us for assistance at cheers@cosmicwineclub.com
RETURNS
What’s your return policy?
Returns aren’t usually an option, given that it's, well, wine. We work on a case by case basis with our members to resolve any issues you may have with your order!
